Ingredients:
2 cups crabmeat, flakes and shell pieces removed
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup evaporated fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp grated onion
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mis the crabmeat and bread crumbs together.
2. In a seperate bowl, combine the egg substitute and evaporate milk and mix well. Add the crabmeat mixture to the egg and milk mixture.
3. Stir in the salt, mustard, onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat the oven to broil and shape the mixture into 6 patties. Broil the crab cakes, turning once, until brown. for a total of 7 - 8 minutes.
