Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons water
8 cups torn fresh spinach
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
12 to 16 ounces cook turkey, chopped
1/2(16-ounce) bottle poppy seed salad dressing
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 cup pecan halves

- Break off tough ends of asparagus; cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces. combine sparagus and water in 1 quarter microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once; drain. Rinse with cold water until cool; drain.
- Combine asparagus, spinach, strawberries and turkey in salad bowl; mix well. Add mixture of salad dressing, orange peel and orange juice; toss to mix. Sprinkle with pecans.
- May substitute Italian dressing for poppy seed dressing and blueberries for strawberries.
